But again- I’m getting ahead of myself… You see it took me lots of practice, and very hard work to figure this stuff out. In those first three years I spent 6 days a week, 15 hours a day perfecting the HMO business model. By the middle of 2008 I had spent over 13,500 hours on making my business a systems-led automated machine. Those 3 years changed my life. While I generated a lot of revenue during that time, I also nearly burned myself out. I therefore took some time off and handed the reins over to my property team.
