I bought my first HMO in 2004 and was staggered by how much money we were making but also how much easier it was than everybody had told us it would be! I was in the zone and I was hooked!

I’ve been doing property since 2004 but it wasn’t really until 2005 that I became a full time, focussed professional property business owner.
