Matthew Moody - Operations
Director
Matthew's background is in the travel and
leisure industry where he spent over 10 years working for
some of the leading companies in the sector. His last
position was as Head of Revenue Management for RCI Europe
(a former Cendant company listed on the New York Stock
Exchange) where he managed pricing and inventory for
holidays worth over $100,000,000 in annual revenues.
Matthew's property experience spans over 5
years with over £10,000 invested in his education and
learning. Since this time, he has built a large portfolio
of properties mainly focusing on Houses of Multiple
Occupation (HMO's or multi-lets as they are commonly known)
where he has focused on cashflow and adding values to his
properties.
Matthew's experience has enabled him to
systematize and fine-tune all elements of the Millenia
Property Group business model allowing him to focus on
delivering immense value to our clients through managing
our operations division.
With a
reputation as an in-demand property expert, an innovative
thinker and a serial system builder, most of his recent
work has revolved around growing the management and
training businesses across the UK.

Kenny Ranns - Sales &
Marketing Director
Independent Sales and Marketing
Consultant with over 20 years experience in sales and 15 in
senior roles.Kenny has carried out a variety of senior
roles within FTSE 100 companies such as Rothmans UK,
Phillip Morris, Shell UK and International and The Mirror
Media Group. He has sold products and investments in all
types of markets including FMCG, IT, Property and
Recruitment.
Kenny’s roles and responsibilities have
included all aspects of sales including building telephone
sales teams, field sales management. He is an expert in
providing marketing consultancy for companies from concept
of product to designing and implementing successful sales
plans and processes. He is known to be an innovative and
creative best practice thinker with an aptitude for
recognising and realising new opportunities.
Mark Smith - Corporate and Finance
Director
As a Chartered Accountant qualified in
Business & Economics Mark has over 15 years experience
carrying out senior positions both within large blue-chip
media/telecoms organisations such as C&W, Virgin
Mobile, Telewest, ntl, and Virgin Media as well as smaller
organisations. He has also supported many start up business
models.
Mark has extensive finance and performance
management experience and has led major projects and
programmes including business development, mergers,
transformation, restructuring and turnaround. He has been
involved in several fund raising campaigns for small and
medium sized businesses, having developed many business and
financial plans. Mark has significant experience of
reviewing and improving the effectiveness of businesses
operating models as well as revenue optimisation and cost
management.
He brings a wealth of skills including strong
process and organisational management. This, coupled with
his extensive accounting background, enables him to ensure
that companies have a fully joined up, transparent
operating model which ties in tightly to their budget and
cash flow model.
